Terms of Service

Radar competitive observations

Radar compares public storefront pages, prices, installed-tool signals and screenshots. Observations can indicate variations or changes; they do not establish randomized experiments or conversion winners. Scanned brands are not affiliated with Convertify. You are responsible for respecting third-party rights when using or sharing captured material.

Store owners and rights holders can request exclusion or screenshot removal through our Radar removal process.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Convertify (the “Service”), operated by Convertify (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By installing the app, connecting a Shopify store, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Convertify is an A/B testing and analytics platform for Shopify stores. It provides test creation across multiple test types, GMPV (gross margin per visitor) analytics, Bayesian decision support, an AI on-store visual editor, behavioral intelligence, ad-platform integrations, and an MCP server. Features evolve over time, and some capabilities are progressively rolled out.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business whose Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and current

The Service authenticates through Supabase Auth and connects to your store through Shopify’s OAuth. You are responsible for managing access within your own organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law
• Use the Service to deceive your customers or run tests that violate Shopify’s or any ad platform’s terms
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful

Merchant responsibilities

Because the Service runs on your storefront and your data, you are responsible for:

• Having a lawful basis to collect visitor and behavioral data, and disclosing it to your customers (including in your own privacy policy)
• The accuracy of cost inputs (COGS, discounts, shipping) used in GMPV calculations
• Reviewing test variations, including AI-generated ones, before they go live
• Complying with the terms of Shopify and any connected ad platforms

Fees & billing

Convertify is offered as a paid subscription. Plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) are billed through Shopify, and each plan includes a 7-day free trial. By starting a trial or selecting a plan, you authorize Shopify to charge the applicable fees on our behalf. The following apply:

• Your plan, price, and trial length are shown before you confirm on Shopify’s billing page
• Billing is handled through Shopify’s billing system, on the same invoice as your Shopify subscription
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges, and cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged
• Prices may change with advance notice, and a change will not affect fees already billed for the current period

Intellectual property

We own all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain all rights to your store, your data, and the content you create.

You grant us a limited license to process your store and visitor data solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

The AI on-store editor generates Shopify Liquid and theme changes on your behalf. Generated output is provided for your review; nothing is published to your live storefront until you accept it. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated changes for correctness, brand fit, and legal compliance before launching a variation. We do not warrant that generated code is error-free.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Shopify, Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any test result, recommendation, or metric will produce a particular business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convertify and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convertify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content or data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other merchants, or third parties. Upon termination, the data-handling practices in our Privacy Policy apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
