Support
For help with installing the app, setting up a test, reading a result or anything that looks wrong, email [email protected]. Include your store domain and, if it is about a test, the test name. It saves a round trip.
Sales and plans
Questions about which plan fits, agencies running several stores, or anything about billing before you install: email [email protected]. Plans and prices are on the pricing section. Billing runs through Shopify, so charges and invoices appear on your Shopify bill.
Privacy and data requests
For access, deletion or correction requests, a data processing agreement, or any question about how we handle merchant and visitor data, email [email protected]. Our practices are set out in the privacy policy and the terms of service.
Radar removal
